昨年9月に丹波市山南町オープン！身体が喜ぶ食材だけを使った料理が人気！
GRCは人間が、本来求める旬の美味しさを大切にします。GRCに来た日には、パーフェクトに健康的な１日を過ごしてほしいのです。 |
丹波の山の中で本場高知の藁焼き初鰹いただきました！めちゃくちゃうまかった！まさか丹波でこんなに新鮮な初鰹を食べられるとは！実際に施設内で解体して藁焼きしたと聞いてびっくり！急速冷凍してるから味も藁焼きの香りもそのまま。今だけの限定だそうなので早めがいいね。
ほかのメンバーは、あいがけスパイスカレーにビッグハンバーグ、夏メニューの新商品、海老とモッツァレラのジェノベーゼ。みんなでシェアしたけど、どれもおいしくって、何より添加物や保存料なんかが一切使用されていない安全な食材にこだわってる！
スタッフさんも親切で、ロケーションも最高で、リフレッシュできました！今度は丹波鹿のもみじカツ食べたい！
