Open for half a year only in autumn and winter! On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, only lunch botan nabe is served. Dekansho udon is served on a order-based basis from 2:30pm to 3:00pm, or may be canceled. Individuals on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be guided from 13:30 to 14:00. Reservations are given on a priority basis, and you may have to wait for about 30 minutes. If you don't want to wait for Botan Nabe, please be sure to make a reservation at 11:00. I have a lot of free days (^^;) Closed on Wednesdays (open on holidays and the day before holidays) Reservations can only be made for Botan Nabe. There are many delicious Botan nabe restaurants in Tanba Sasayama City. If you like, please try my favorite “Miso Botan Pot with Chestnuts”! In order to make it more delicious than limp boar meat, we purposely serve it in crisp, thin slices. This is to maintain freshness and flavor. I hope for your understanding. Reservations are generally made by telephone. Online reservations are limited to a few seats. Even if there are no seats available online, there may actually be seats available. Our store is open for six months and specializes in miso botan hotpot with chestnuts. Therefore, we only have ``Dekansho Udon'' and ``Botan Nabe'' that use ``special miso with chestnuts.'' People who
...are into it are addicted to it, but there are also many people who don't like it. However, thanks to the people who are addicted to it, we are selling it with confidence. The boar meat is intentionally made crispy to maximize its freshness. It's intentionally not "squiggly and thick" but rather "crispy and thinly sliced". I'm working hard on this, so please be patient.
