丹波篠山に来たのでお土産がてらこちらのお店♪

私の親友の苗字と同じでして、親近感◎♪笑
鯖寿司のお店でして、1本¥1840
という決して安いとは思えない価格ですが、鯖寿司ってそんなもんですよねー(^^)♪
普通の鯖寿司と炙りがあるので迷いに迷った挙句
「ハーフ出来ますか?」
と伺うと「出来ますよ〜」と優しい返答✨
迷わずハーフで^ - ^
近くの鳳鳴の酒蔵でお酒を買って家に帰って早速一杯ひっかけました^ - ^（前回買ったしぼりたてがなかったので残念でしたが）
さて、本題の鯖寿司。
まずは、普通の鯖寿司の方ですが、身がパツﾝとしてて酢飯にも刻んだ紫蘇？が入っており完璧な融合でしたね。
脂もしっかりと感じれて酢飯の酸味と鯖の甘みなどが混じり合って幸せでしたね。
ちなみに、炙りの方が勿論，さらに脂感は高まり美味しさMAX‼️
日本酒との相性も完璧でおすすめです✨
