ビール醸造所で、出来立てクラフトビールを堪能 : Terano South

I came to this store because a colleague at work told me there was a good store there. A shop located next to a beer brewery. The inside of the store is not very large, with only a counter and a few table seats. There are about 6 types of beer taps and 3 types of glass sizes, so you can enjoy comparing them. I wanted to drink a lot of things, so I continued drinking half pints. Lemon Biiki White A white beer with the refreshing aroma and taste of Setouchi lemons. Beer and lemon go well together ^ ^ It was delicious! English Pale Ale A traditional British style beer with a good balance of sweetness from malt and refreshing bitterness from hops. I felt that this was the most well-balanced and easy-drinking beer. Smoked Ale A beer made with malt smoked with beech wood. It had a very mature smokiness, and it was a beer that felt more like the unique bitterness of charcoal grilling than smoke. It was a very unusual and interesting beer. BIG BAD BOAR IPA This IPA seems to use a lot of American hops. The nuances of citrus, vivid bitterness, and taste are classic IPA! Imperial Espresso Stout A very punchy dark beer with an alcohol content of 8% and made with coffee beans and cacao nibs. This is impossible for beginners lol Even though I'm used to drinking, I was drinking it thinking it was a great punch lol The ate was also super delicious! The pretzel is an authentic German bread with a salty taste that goes perfectly with beer. Iburigakko cheese is also a mellow type that is easy to eat. There was zucchini and scallop Ajillo, fries, pickles, and for some reason all-you-can-eat Chocolate lol.Everything was delicious! The fried chicken was especially surprisingly delicious. It was incredibly delicious, with just the right amount of softness and texture, and excellent juiciness. I spoke with the staff for a bit, and they were friendly and had smart customer service. The shop is popular, so I went there when it opened at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, and it was packed! Customers who couldn't go inside were drinking on the outside terrace. It seems that some customers gave up on entering the store. The price was also surprising, with each person drinking 7 to 8 glasses and eating a lot, paying just 10,000 yen for two people. I couldn't help but say "cheap". There are many restaurants in Tamba Sasayama that are expensive even for ordinary Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) products, but I thought this restaurant was really reasonable!
