夜は要予約 |
2度目の床瀬そばさん。事前予約でおまかせコースをお願い。追加でしいたけ。ドリンクは瓶ビール、蕎麦焼酎の蕎麦湯割り、冷酒香住鶴。
窓辺の囲炉裏席に案内してもらい、先ずはやまめの塩焼きから炭火で焼いてゆく。焼ける間に刺身こんにゃく、そうめんかぼちゃ、けんちん汁、落花生豆腐をつまむ。
程よくこんがり焼けたやまめは頭から丸かぶり。
お次にしいたけと松葉肉。松葉肉は鶏の鎖骨だそうで、1羽から一つしか取れないらしい。
〆の蕎麦はちょっと太めのコシのあるタイプ。
神鍋の山の中でも、また来たい。
