弾丸食べ歩き“宍粟市・温泉町・豊岡市”3軒め
昼時を過ぎての『床瀬そば』さんにお伺いしました。
一組のみの貸し切り状態で、お決まりの席で、お決まりパターンの“並み蕎麦(850円税込)”をいただきました。
幾重にも続く綴織の山間道路を走り辿り着く秘境？のお蕎麦屋さんですが、
田舎蕎麦で香り・味がよく、かつ蕎麦つゆが私好みで大変美味しいので度々お伺いしています。♥♥♥♥♥

蕎麦は広島、島根、鳥取、滋賀、福井、山口、岡山、兵庫の気になるお店は色々とお伺いしましたが、今現在ハマッテいるのが陸の孤島とでも言うべきか神鍋の奥の奥ではあるが、香りコシが良く、蕎麦ツユが旨い。
値段は高くなっても大盛を頼むより並み盛りを2回に分けて食べて欲しい。
何度もお伺いしているのに、のびると美味しくなくなるから、早く食べたいのて、ここの蕎麦の写真は有りません!!
