川の流れを感じながら
挽きたて打ち立ての田舎そばが楽しめます
お店の前には大きなたぬきの置物が
インパクトあります！
荒皮ごと石臼で挽かれ
自然薯でつないた10割そばは、
香りも良く適度なコシがあり
スルスル～っと入っていきます
お出汁のきいた少し甘めのつゆにも合いました
薬味の盛り付けもキレイだし
ゆずを入れると香りも良く爽やか〜
松葉肉は、鶏の鎖骨部分で
見た目が松の葉っぱに似ています
香ばしく焼かれ、ぷりっぷりの食感
旨味たっぷりでめっちゃ美味しい
炭火で焼かれたヤマメは
表面がパリッと香ばしく
身はフワフワ〜
古民家の雰囲気で美味しい
お蕎麦が楽しめました♪
