美しい清流が流れる川を眺めながら神鍋スキー場に向かう山道を登ると見えてくる大きなタヌキ
そこは美味しい十割そばが頂ける【床瀬そば】さん
ざる蕎麦をメインに
ヤマメの塩焼き
けんちん汁
落花生豆腐
四季の酢の物
がセットになったそばセットをいただきました
ヤマメって川魚やし、、って思ってたけど
めちゃくちゃほくほくで美味しくってビックリ！！！
松葉肉を楽しみにしてうかがったけど
ヤマメがバツグンに美味しかった✨
残念ながら、
現在は昔の様に目の前の清流で泳いでいる現地ものを出してはいない様でしたが、、
土地柄底冷えする店内は石油ストーブが焚かれ、何とも懐かしい空気に包まれる空間で頂ける十割そば
ほんっとに美味しかった！！！
ちょっとお高いのと車が無いと絶対行けない山の上やけど、
行く価値あり◎
