◎2024年GW平日朝、空席あり。
卵かけご飯食べ放題、
テレビでたまに色々紹介されていますが、
はっきり言って舐めてました。
「所詮卵かけご飯やろ？」って、、、
侮るなかれ、卵かけごはんって
米、生卵、醤油、ネギ、海苔、
これだけ、しかも味付けもしないから、
素材の誤魔化しが一切きかないんですよね。
卵かけごはん定食（大）600円（普通盛り500円）
を頂きました。
ごはんは3杯分はありそうな丼、
お米はツヤツヤ、
良い水と、美味しい米が丁寧に炊かれて、
甘みがあり後口の爽やかなお米です、
卵は、純血もみじ鶏の卵、
さすが養鶏場直営です、
新鮮で、
旨み、コク共に素晴らしく、
有名な「龍のたまご」と甲乙付けがたい濃い味で大満足。
醤油を3種使い分け、
海苔を入れたり、
ネギを入れたり、
このシンプルなメニューで、
実は色々な味がたのしめます。
食べた時の感動より、
翌日や数日後でも「美味しかったな〜」
とあと引く美味しさです。
だから卵をお土産に買って変えるのもオススメです。
また来たい！
