小皿にお蕎麦が載っている形で、5皿ごとに注文。女性でも10皿は食べれそう。途中から卵ととろろをつゆに入れて味変する。これがまた美味しい。とても混んでいるので、早めに行って名前を書いておくのが望ましいです。
店員がみんな個性的でとても明るい気持ちになることができました。
そばにはたくさん味付けが出来ますが、おすすめは塩です。塩をつけた蕎麦は蕎麦を味わうと同時に塩の味を強く感じることができます。
