出石は人気の近又（キンマタ）さん
雪も多い日で風情はあるも大変でしたねー(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
ただ、香住でカニ旅行した後に出石でそばを食べるのも恒例でして✨
さて、こちらのお店はシンプルなメニューで大変人気♪
たまたまタイミングが良く待ち無しで入れましたが入店直後に、すぐに行列できてましたね
さて、入って右手の小上がりにご案内頂きました＾＾
掘り炬燵ではないですが落ち着きのある感じで◎
メニューはシンプルですね。
オーダーは↓な感じ。
手打ち皿そば
一人前（5皿）¥830
追加（1人前）¥600
薬味＆とろろ＆生卵が出てきて味変しながら食べ進める感じが醍醐味ですわねー^ - ^
10皿を食べるわけですが、しっかりとコシのあるお蕎麦ですので、ナメない方がよいですねぇ
そばの風味を味わうためにまずは塩を軽く振って一口。
うん、蕎麦の風味が際立ちナチュラルに美味しい✨
そして、いよいよつゆにサラッと浸してツルルン‼️っと♪
あー、ウマ。この蕎麦つゆが本当に美味しく出来てる。
やはりお蕎麦屋さんてお蕎麦自体も大事ですが蕎麦つゆも大事ですよねー^ - ^✨
勿論、薬味のおネギも抜かり無しで◎
山芋とろろや生卵を割って色んな味わいを楽しめますが個人的にはやはりベーシックに蕎麦つゆにネギが好きだなー♪
雪がしゃんしゃんと降る中で、美味しいお蕎麦をすするのもなんかツウな感じで良き(´∀｀)
