今年の１月にも皿そば巡りをして三軒お邪魔したんですが城崎温泉への途中昼食で立ち寄り今日も新たなお店三軒伺いました
お蕎麦はそれぞれのお店微妙に味が違うとか
いつものように大手前駐車場に車を停め
いずし観光センターのトラベルセンターで皿めぐりセットを購入
１８００円＋消費税です
これで皿そば３枚のセットが三軒のお店で頂けるんです
前回と違ったお店を三軒決めていました
今日は端から端まで歩きましたよ
まずは鉄炮町のこのお店から
囲炉裏の席に座りました
まずは冷たいお茶と薬味のセットが
そばの味を確かめるように一枚の皿にワサビと刻み葱をのっけて蕎麦つゆをかけていただきました
これこれこの味ですよ
あっさりとした口あたり
次はとろろと生卵を混ぜつゆを入れたものでいただきました
ん、美味しい
まず一軒め美味しくいただきました
ごちそうさまでした
