蕎麦が食べたいから出石に来るのか??
いやいや
出石に来たからには、蕎麦は外せないのか…
昨年の GoTo時に比べ、城下町はひっそり
❝そば庄❞ さん 復興出石そばのルーツ的なお店みたい
十割の “ちひろ そば” も気になるが
今の気候、のど越しの良い二八の “皿そば” が、いいに違いない
薬味にとろろ芋、生卵に皿そば5皿の定番現代スタイル
そして相方分も含めて8皿分の追加オーダー（←追加は1皿単位）
お店に入った時からいい雰囲気
コロナ禍に対する感染対策も安心感ある
何より、おもてなし感を強く感じた
塩は無かったので、皿に直接ツユを掛けて昔ながらの食べ方から
次に、おろし大根をのっけてちょいっとツユを…
食べ方は色々あるが
セオリーなんて気にしないで
好きにアレンジして、食べる事ができるのが 皿そば のいいところかと
最初は、ツユから漂う鰹の風味が勝っていたが
追加の8皿が時間差で出された時には、いい蕎麦の香りがテーブルに漂いだした
『ああ、美味しい蕎麦を食ってる』って感がする
そばの顔つきが違う、手切りの皿そば
案外直ぐに、そばのびをしてしまうので
追加の皿が、時間差で出て来るのもうれしい配慮
