口コミを投稿する時に、ちょいちょい書いてますが、
私は、そばが苦手です笑
小さい時からスーパーのゆで麺が嫌いで年越しはうどんを食べていました。
だけど大人になると、美味しい蕎麦なら食べれる！という事に気づいたわけです。
主人は蕎麦好きですから、食べるなら美味しいお蕎麦を…て事で出石まで行こうって事に笑
日帰りで出石へGO!!
老舗で有名なそば庄さんに訪問。
田舎の澄んだ空気と緑いっぱいの景色に、趣きある日本家屋。和みます〜♡
もちろん、皿蕎麦を注文！
数量限定のちひろそばも頼んでみました。
お塩で食べてみてくださいってお塩くださいました。
塩？パラパラかけて食べてみる。
おぉ！おいし。お蕎麦の香りとちょっと硬いさくっとかみ切れる食感。ほんのり甘みが塩とよくあう。
だけどね、やっぱ皿そばって言ったら、とろろとたまご♪
この食べ方が美味しいね！
つるつる食べれちゃう！
あれ？私、蕎麦苦手だったのにーとか言いながら、ツルツルつるん！と完食。
とろっとしたそば湯をいただき。ほっこり。
この田舎の雰囲気と美味しいお蕎麦で癒された一日でした。
