40軒もの蕎麦屋があるそうだ。
夏に出石に来た時は入った店で
30皿も食ってしまったので
他の店も行けば良かった…
と後になって後悔した。
それで今回は何軒か巡ってみることにした。
こちらの天通さんは
やや白っぽい細目の蕎麦に
甘みのある出汁が特徴。
おろしは無かったが
山葵は一本まるごと出てきたよ。
