以前何度か行ったことがありますが、先日友人といってきました。
高級な和風入母屋の建物はとても焼肉屋とは思えず、高級な材料も多く使ってあり建物だけでも見ものかも。
時節柄か生の肉は提供されておらず、少し残念でしたが仕方ないですね。
ホルモン系を中心に焼き物の肉を注文し、ほどなく肉がやってきました。
まずは塩タンからですがうまい、そしてテッチャン、コテッチャン、アカセン、ツラミ、ハツこのあたりを焼きますがほんとうまい。
オーダー時に言わなければタレにつけたお肉がでてくるので、しおでいきたいかたは注意ですね。（選べるならメニューにタレとシオと書いていただきたい。）
スープ類は結構量があり濃い目の味付けですが、ラーメンのスープに使うことを前提にされているのかな？
とても美味しく満足して店をあとにしました。
ランチメニューもあるみたいなので、ランチにもきてみたいです。
