自然薯をつなぎに使ったそばということで有名な兵庫県の床瀬地区にやってきました。
何軒かそば屋が並んでいますが、その中でネーミングが惹かれたこの店に入ることにしました。
民家を改造して店にしてあり、結構年季を感じる雰囲気です。
そばの他に、山女や松葉（鶏の首の部分）の炭焼きも有名らしいのでそちらも注文しました。
肝心のそばですが、不思議な食感です。
寒天を食べているよう。
喉越しはいいのですが、歯切れが良すぎて頼りない感じ。
そばの香りもほとんどしません。
そばらしくないそばというのでしょうか。
別の食べ物として考えた方がいいかもしれないと思えるくらいの違和感でした。
つゆは甘め。これも好みではありません。
