豊岡市床瀬に蕎麦を食べに誘われて、蕎麦喰いのいつものメンバーで突撃であります。
天候の良い日曜日だったので幹事お目当てのお店は満席だったから今回は初めての訪問の谷間そば！
古民家を改装した感じの作りで、大きな広間に堀こたつ式と普通のテーブル席が5～6卓位有ったと思います？ （少しあやふやな記憶）
テーブルの上には炭を入れる焼き物台が置いて有り、熱く火起こしをした炭を持って来てくれるので自分で焼き物は調理するスタイルです。
鶏の松葉・セセリ・椎茸・岩魚等の焼き物を先に食べてる間にその都度打ち立ての蕎麦を作ってくれる様です。
炭で焼く鶏肉は勿論ですが椎茸が特に美味しかったです。
焼き物を食べ終わって少しすると蕎麦が二人前づつ出て来ました。
一度に沢山湯がかずに丁寧な仕事にこだわってる様子。
勿論蕎麦も美味しかったです。
調理には少し時間がかかりますが打ち立ての蕎麦を提供してくれるので再訪したいお店です。
