天津麺。
城崎温泉の地蔵湯近くにある中華屋さん。城崎は出石が近いので蕎麦屋さんはちらほらあるのだけど、中華屋さんは珍しい。4人で訪れて、天津麺を2人前、マーボーラーメンを2人前注文した。
天津麺の玉子は、ふわとろで食感がいい。醤油ベースのスープはしっかりした味。兵庫県の但馬地方や、京都の丹後地方、福井県などの関西圏の日本海側では、結構味が濃い感じがする。
麺は中華の定番、ストレート細麺。スープがよく絡むので、食が進む。マーボーラーメンのほうは、ベースのスープは天津麺と同じ。天津麺から玉子を取り、野菜と豆腐を足しただけのようだ。
ラー油の辛さや、花椒の痺れる感じは無い。あまりにマーボー豆腐とはかけ離れていたので、テーブルに置いてあるラー油を投入し、なんとか感じを出すことができた。
天津麺は美味しかったので、たぶん天津飯も美味しいと思う。普通の醤油ラーメンや、とんこつラーメン、みそラーメンなどもあるので、温泉街で飲んだ後のシメにはいいかもしれない。
