本当に昔ながらの中華そば屋さんです。
チャーシューワンタンメンとミニチャーハンを組み合わせて900円でした。
お母さんがラーメン作りとレジ係、奥でオヤジさんがチャーハン作り、息子さんは洗い物してました。（家族でされていると思い込んでます）
ラーメンは薄めの醤油味、昔ながらの化学調味料がええ味を出してます。
チャーシューはしっかりと味があり、ワンタンは薄め、大きめです。
お母さんが一人でレジをしながらなのでタイミングが悪かったのか少しぬるめ、言葉を変えれば昔の車を引いて来ていた屋台のラーメンです。
なんとなく心がホワンとなる一杯です。
とにかく冷たいだの遅いだのと文句を言う方は避けられた方がいいかもと思います。
ラーメン、店の雰囲気トータルで昔のラーメンを味わいたい方には良いと思います。
