ぼてぢゅうｻﾝは、おじちゃんがゆっくりと営むお店って感じです。
お店はいつ行ってもあまり混雑しておらず、ひどいときはおじちゃんすら店の中で憩っておられます（笑)
このお店は、基本的には注文した物は焼かれて提供されます。
自分で焼きたい人には楽しくないかも知れませんね。
それに、ソースやマヨネーズもかかって出されます。苦手なら先におじちゃんにお伝えすることをお勧めします。
私のおすすめはなんと言っても明石焼き♪
このお店の明石焼きは柔らかくて美味しい☆お出汁もちゃんと暖かい☆多分但馬一の明石焼きだと思います。
