お伺いする約3ヶ月前に、5200円（税込）のコースを予約しました。
アミューズ【新玉ねぎのキッシュ】
柔らかさとぱりぱりのパイの食感がgood。
前菜【鴨のサラダ】
かなりボリュームのあるサラダ。
チーズと鴨の組合せもいい感じです。
スープ【人参とマッシュルームのポタージュ】
マッシュルームの香りがするポタージュです。
魚料理【穴子】
付け合わせは蕨。
ソースは赤ピーマンのソース。
穴子は柔らかくて美味しいです。
肉料理
【牛ロースのグリル】
付け合わせは筍、ズッキーニ、ほうれん草。
牛ロースは少し硬いかな。
味はなかなかです。
デザート
【プリン、アイスクリーム、苺】
自家製のバニラのプリン、オレンジのリキュールのアイスクリーム、苺の組合せ。
シェフの奥様とは会話が弾み、色々な話をしました。
