出石皿そば食べ歩きをし始めて3軒目
流石にこの3軒目で終了だな！
食べ歩きのスタンプラリーは二軒目の永楽蕎麦さんは協同組合に加盟してないから、ここでスタンプもらっても2つだけ、15スタンプは無理と店員に伝えると「期限はないので五年でも六年でも良いから集めて下さい。」とのことでした。
それも難しいなぁ～(；´Д｀)
【沢庵】さん
こちらのお店の目印はご覧のような奴さん人形看板です。
目立ちます。
こちらも待ちの列がラッキーにもありません。
入店すると店内にはジャズが流れています。
お客様は結構いらっしゃっていてちょうど空いた席が出たので即案内されました。
もちろん注文は
◎『出石皿そば 一人前(五皿)』930円
こちらも薬味が先に出されます。
「ネギ」「山芋」「わさび」そして「生卵」なんですがこちらの卵は白でした。
さらにこちらのお店では「塩」が提供されます。
日頃でも時々塩でたべてみることをしてますので違和感なく食べることができました。
これの方がそばの香りや旨味が味わえるのでいいですね。
そして、そばが運ばれて来ました。
お盆に乗せたまま置いて行きました。前の2軒は皿を広げて置いて行ったけどね。
それよりもそばの量が見るからに少ない。
そばは少し白っぽい。
そっかぁ～(；´Д｀)こういう違いがあるんだね。
お店もリニューアルしたのか今風でした。
流石に腹はパンパン♪です！！
そばは数日は要らないかな(笑)
