寿楽庵。
板蕎麦が有名ですが、この日は皿蕎麦を。
ビジュアルは出石蕎麦とかわりないですが
蕎麦はもちっと太め。でもなめらかです。
香りも控えめ。
なので、薄口で鰹がよくきいている少々甘めおつゆと
抜群のバランスだと思います。
蕎麦を全身ダイブさせてすすってちょうど良い
出石蕎麦って、醤油が勝つタイプのおつゆが多くて苦手。
こちらのおつゆは飲める
山葵、ネギ、生卵、とろろが付いており
味変も楽しめます。
お連れの鴨汁蕎麦も、長葱のいい香り～☺️
鴨の脂の旨味もあって、こちらのお出汁も美味しかった～☺️
