20年ぶりの来店。
学生時代からもう20年も経つのかとおもえば
これは感慨深い。
今回は妻と子供を連れて！
場所は兵庫県豊岡市のスキー場で有名な
神鍋近くの床瀬という場所にあるお蕎麦屋さん。
床瀬蕎麦といえば知ってる人は知ってるそば処。
山奥の普通の民家で食べれる
ちょっと面白い風情のお蕎麦屋さんです。
こちらではお蕎麦の他にヤマメ料理やマツバと言われる鳥肉や名産のネギやしいたけを
囲炉裏で焼いて食べることができます。
どれもこれも絶品中の絶品。
ちょっと遠いですが。
是非来店して貰いたい名店です！
