カタシマさんは、豊岡では貴重なイートインできるケーキ屋さんです。
そして、季節感を大切にしたケーキ屋さんです。
さらには、ケーキPRの上手なケーキ屋さんです。
私は普段はほかのケーキ屋さんを贔屓にするのですが、毎回このPRに負けて来店します。
今回は、モンブラン食べ比べフェアといって5種類のモンブランが並んでいました。
えへへ。全品購入。
友達と食べ比べしました～（*＾＾）
種類は、日本のモンブラン・イタリアのモンブラン・フランスのモンブラン・昔ながらのモンブラン・AOCモンブランの5種類でした。
私はイタリアのモンブランと悩みに悩んだ挙句、AOCモンブランを選択。
いただきました。
中にはたくさんのクリーム。ケーキのベースはパイ生地。
私には少し甘かったですが、美味しかったです。
フランスのモンブランは少し甘さ控えめでした。
イタリアのモンブランは、スポンジ生地が2種類敷かれていて美味しかったです。
日本のモンブランは抹茶が使われていて、いかにも”和”でした。
昔ながらのモンブランは・・・普通でした。
