大正10年創業とのことでした。 |
今回の旅に対し、家内の下調べした店。
蒲鉾店（製造工場店）だが、ココで売られる「竹輪パン」なる物が美味いらしい。噂では午前中に売り切れてしまうそうな・・・武井咲似の中居さんからも「美味しいって言うか面白い味」とのお墨付きを貰った♪
午前十時、城崎温泉より円山川下流の港町を目指す。
ココだよね？
見るからに工場、小さいながらも立派な売り場がある。
大将10年、初代「二方滋次」が個人経営として創業したのが始まり。
工場直営店では揚げ立て作りたての練り製品がお値打ちに売られる。
名物の
・えびまんじゅう
・城崎竹輪パン
・焼き竹輪
を購入。
さて、竹輪パンだが・・・確かに面白い
竹輪に玉葱とツナをマヨで和えた物を挟みロールパン状に焼いた物
思った通りの味がする（爆）
しかし、竹輪が美味いので全体が美味い。
サラダパンに匹敵する面白さ♪
さて、天橋立を経由し京都縦貫道で帰路の途へ・・・。
竹輪パンは通販しておらず、東京有楽町にあるアンテナショップ「コウノトリの恵み豊岡」で、土曜日限定にて販売してるそうです。
