本陣さんのそばかりんとう♪
ほんのり蕎麦の香りと砂糖の甘さ、軽い口当たりで止められない…

大晦日、出石は年越しそばを食べに来る人で混雑してるだろうとおもいながら行ってみました。
お昼前でしたが、かなりの混雑っぷりで、どこにしょうと思ってウロウロ…
寒いから室内で待てる本陣にしました。
5分程待って案内され、皿そばを頼みましたが、なかなか出てこない…
うちもそうでしたが、大人数で来てるお客さんが多くて、そばが間に合わないそう…
やつと出てきて、びっくりするのが皿そばが山の様に積まれて出てくるのです…
そばの上に皿が乗ってると抵抗ある人いるかも…
蕎麦は打ちたて、茹でたてで蕎麦粉100％でつるっと沢山食べられる感じでした♪
お客さんが多い時は、蕎麦湯の提供ができないとの事で、残念…
