さて、本日は『西村屋ホテル招月庭 レストランRicca (リッカ)』さんに足を運ぶ。家族食事会として、城崎温泉に行こうという事になっていたが、お父さんの具合が悪くなり、女房殿と二人だけになってしまった。
・ウィンター・スペシャル・コース(17,600円)
本来はディナーコースであるが、頼んでみたらランチでも提供してくれるというので、女房殿が手配してくれた。
コース内容は次の通り。
・アミューズ(松葉蟹と甘海老のビスク 岡ちゃん卵のフラン 蟹味噌ソース)
・サラダ(但馬野菜のバーニャカウダ 燻製味噌)
・前菜(アンティパストミスト3種)
・スープ(小野芋のポタージュ)
・お造り(松葉蟹 平目 甘海老)
・焼き蟹(松葉蟹味噌の甲羅焼き 松葉蟹の炭火焼き)
・お口直し(八平達磨のどぶろくと豊岡苺のグラニテ)
・肉料理(但馬牛熟成肉「ロース・カメコウ」の炭火焼き)
・デザート(神鍋産黒林檎のアップルパイ)
・コーヒー
地元の素材を使って、創意工夫のされた逸品たち。初めて食べる素材もあり、大いに堪能した。カニもこのぐらいのボリュームで丁度よい。笑顔溢れるスタッフのサービスも良く、充実した時間となった。ゆっくりとコーヒーを飲み干して、心地良く調いました。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
お父さんが元気になったら、またこういう時間を持ちたいと願いました。
