変わり種蕎麦を出す理由って色々あると思いますが、スタンダードの皿そばだけの店あれば、スイーツ充実の店、景色のよい店、駐車場がある店、国道沿いの店、離れてる店など各店舗特徴があります。また、人気もバラバラで行列店もあれば、ガラガラもあります。
この差はなんだろーか？好みもあるし、手打ちではない店もあるでしょう。歴史もあると思います。
さて、家老さんはカレー、釜揚げ、とろろと変化球で攻めてる店。スタンダードだけでは難しいのかな？
とろろそばも釜揚げもとても美味しかった。二度目は？と思うけど、たまには変化球も楽しいものだわ。
