竹野をチェックアウトした後、出石に来ています。
豊岡市立美術館「伊藤清永記念館」の前にあるそば屋に来ました。
伊藤清永は出石の禅寺の生まれで寺を継いで僧侶になると期待されましたが、東京美術学校（現・東京芸大）に進み画家の道を志しました。
生涯を通して女性美を追求し、温かみのある独自の画風、豊麗優美な裸婦像で知られています。
座敷のテーブル席に座ります。
とろろ、生卵、つゆ、薬味が来ました。
生卵を割ってそばが来るのを待ちます。
皿蕎麦です。

５枚で一組です。
平打ちのそばがいい感じです。
つゆは醤油が勝った辛つゆが好みですが、かえしは薄かったです。
こちらは温かいニシンそばです。
そばつゆにはニシンの味が沁みだしてさらに旨味成分が増しています。
甘辛く炊いたニシンも旨いです。
