兵庫県豊岡市但東町のチューリップまつりに行った後、他府県を通らないように出石町経由で帰ってきた。
出石町の風情のある町並み。
旧出石藩の城下町・出石は、「但馬の小京都」とも呼ばれる。
出石町のランドマーク・辰鼓楼(しんころう)。
明治時代初期の時計台で豊岡市出石伝統的建造物群保存地区を代表する建造物である。
豊岡市立出石家老屋敷(博物館)。
出石藩仙石家初代・仙石権兵衛秀久公の顔出しパネル。
敷地内には、出石の小さな美術館・豊岡市立美術館がある。
「伊藤清永記念館」。
これ、なんのおまじないやろ。
屋台。
長屋門を出るとお蕎麦屋さんがあった。
その名も、家老。
昭和56年創業の手打ち出石皿そば屋さん。
出石には、こういったそば屋さんがたくさん軒を連ねる。
何にしよう？
手打ち皿そばにした。
まず
ねぎ、たまご、わさび、とろろの薬味と
そばつゆが運ばれてくる。
そうそう、これっ、この蕎麦つゆを入れる徳利が風情があんねん。
にしん棒焚き。
100％国産そば粉と最高級のそばつなぎ用の小麦で手打ちした二八そば。
お蕎麦は、5枚だけなのでもちろん追加した。
でも、何枚追加注文したかは、内緒。
若いころ、出石のどこのお店か忘れたけど、皿そばを36枚食べて通行手形もろたなあ。
うまい！
のど越しもよくツルツルと何皿でもいける。
ごちそうさまでした。
あっ、そば湯もらおう。
そば湯とは、そばを茹でたあとの茹で汁。
関西ではあまり馴染みがないが、つゆを薄めて飲んだら最高に満足する。
今度こそ、はんまにごちそうさまでした。
「玄武岩の玄さん」も、どぶろく飲んで出石そばを喰っとる。
