城崎温泉からの帰りに出石に立ち寄りました。
メイン通りから外れた狭い通りにあります。
テーブルに置いてあった但馬鴨そばと目が合いました。
鴨だしそばは何度か食べてますが、燻製鴨と一緒に食べる鴨蕎麦は初めてです。
オーダーは即決でこれに決まりました。
鴨の燻製と薬味が来ました。
薬味たっぷりが嬉しいです。
とろろも付いてます。
生卵を割ってつゆを注ぎそこにネギを入れます。
燻製の鴨です。
刻みネギたっぷりです。
鴨だしごとそば猪口に入れます。
少し遅れて皿そば5皿が来ました。
そば猪口にわさびを塗ったそばを浸けて食べます。
燻製鴨の旨味が抜群に冴えます。
そばは二八で喉越しのいい平打ちです。
美味しかったのでそば4枚追加しました。
