今年も敢行しました青春18きっぷの旅。目当ての竹田城を攻め、その後に出くわした但馬牛ステーキを食べたにも関わらず「こんなに近くにおって食べへんわけにはいかんやろ！？」と思い出石へ。 ほんま中々来れへんですしなぁ、但馬地方は。。。
出石は通算5回くらい来てるが、この店はいつも満席で入れなかった。しかし、コロナ禍+平日もあってガッラガラ。念願の初来店となった。
メニューは皿そばのみ。注文するのは皿の数のみ。とりあえず10枚からのアタック。
これですわー。讃岐うどんとまでいかへんけど、コシのある食感。そしてふんわりする風味。つゆも出汁の旨味がジーンとくる。美味いのでしばらく目をつむってポーズしたいくらい。今回初めての食べ方が岩塩をちょいかけてよく混ぜて食べる方法。これは蕎麦の味がしっかりしてないと美味くないので自信の表れでしょう。
薬味+山芋+生卵のコンビネーションも出石ならでは。
前回の訪問から7年くらいだったけど、せめて毎2年くらい来なあかんわー。蕎麦のためだけでも十分価値はある！
