城崎に続いて出石市にやって来ました。
出石といえば小皿に盛られた皿蕎麦。ルーツは信州そばなので、そばは細めの香ばしい麺。
男性なら15-20皿はいけるとの店員さんのアドバイスに従い15皿でオーダー。
薬味数種類とボトルの様な陶器の入れ物に入ったつゆでいただきます。
塩をかけてもいただきました。
間食の時間帯なので15皿で充分でしたが、ランチなら20皿はいけたと思います。
