出石に行ったので出石そばを食べる為に地元の知り合いに聞いて訪問しました。
水曜日の平日は休みのお店が多く選択肢が少ないですが地元情報はありがたいです。
基本のセットは850円で皿そば5皿と薬味、生卵、トロロが付いてます。がっつり食べたいわけでもないので妻と2人20皿注文しました。50皿食べる強者も居るそうですが、そばの味を楽しみたいのでとりあえずこの量で。最初は塩で食べてくださいと配膳の方が1皿に塩を、かけてくれました。丁度良い量で美味しく頂きました。そば本来の香りや甘みが感じられて美味しい。 出石のお店はほとんどが手打ち手切りらしいです。美味しいわけだ。 最後に蕎麦湯を注文して美味しくしめさせていただきました。
