城崎から少し西に行った
佐津に
この名店はあります。
兵庫県柴山港で水揚げされた
上質の松葉ガニを
たらふく食べるために
毎年３月に訪れています。
ここは旅館なので
泊まれて温泉も楽しめます。
泊まりでゆっくりも良いのですが
温泉は城崎でという人が多くて
いつもお昼に伺います。
料理はお昼も夜も同じです。
料理はもちろん
カニのフルコース。
カニ以外にも甘えびや貝料理など
いろいろな前菜が用意され
それをアテにビールで乾杯。
タイミング良く仲居さんが
それぞれのテーブルにつき
食べやすい脚身から
手早くさばいてくれます。
まずは
刺身
甘い！
甘くて美味しい！
まろやか！
何本でもいけそう！
セイが強いのです2〜3本でと
仲居さんに制され
少し残念だけど次へ、
カニスキ
程よい出汁で茹でたカニを
ふんだんにいただく。
美味い！
身がプリプリ！
本当に美味い！
面倒なボディー部分は身をほぐして
雑炊に入れてくれるので
食べずにそのままで。
合間に野菜や豆腐をいただき
かなり堪能した頃
良い香りのする大鍋が運ばれて来ます。
焼きガニ
旨味が全て身に凝縮されて
これが一番という人も多い逸品。
香ばしい！
とても良い塩梅！
美味しい！
雑炊
カニのエキスに
ボディーのカニ身がふんだんに！
言うまでもなく最高！
あとはデザートもあります。
時間があれば温泉利用も可。
本当に最高の宿です。
帰りはいつも若女将のお見送り
