炭火焼きということもあり、ロースターとはまた一味もふた味も違う。
行くと必ず頼むのが、ショボリです
脂身の多い肉をわさびベッタリ混ぜ込んだものを焼きます。これでもかってなくらいワサビベッタリですが、焼くことで辛みもなくなりワサビの香りは残り、脂身なのに全然あぶらっぽさを気にせずたべれます。お試しあれ！網はすぐ汚れるけどね。
超ハラミは肉厚なのに柔らかくて最高です。
締めにユッケジャンすーぷにご飯を入れてたべるのが幸せです。
