千波湖を必死の思いで一周したあと、相方と2人で目指したのがこちらです。
茨城県水戸市にある「レストラン イイジマ」さん♪
数年前に訪れたことがあり、美味しい記憶があったので再訪させて頂きました。
お店に着くと、懐かしい外観にホッとします♪
いい意味で何も変わらずに、私たちを迎えてくれました。
美味しい料理と素晴らしい接客が、昨日のように思い出されます♪
テンションが上がった状態での入店でした。
千波湖を一周したので、お腹もペコペコの状態です。(笑)

この日にお願いしたのは、上記のメニューとなります。
内容的には、ハンバーグ・ももステーキ・コンビーフ・ハッシュドビーフの常陸牛尽くし！
どれも素材の旨味を上手く引き出していて美味しい♪
牛肉がこれほどまでに美味しいものかと再認識させてくれました。
美味しいものは、なくなるのも早いものなんですね！
あっという間に完食させて頂きました♪
食後のコーヒーをいただいて、後ろ髪を引かれながら帰途につきました。
機会があれば、是非また寄らせて頂きたいと思います♪
