大好きな炎神さんへ、何度目か分からない訪問。
いつも通り予約をして、夜7時ごろ伺いました。
今回は、いつも頼む定番メニューに加え、春咲きカキがおすすめとのことでしたので、オイスター醬炒めを注文いたしました。
炎神麻婆豆腐 1200円
梅山豚麻辣蒸し餃子（4個） 1080円
カチョカバロチーズと海鮮のぜいたくチャーハン 1880円
牡蠣の自家製オイスター醬炒め（超濃厚カキソース！！） 1680円
四川名物担々麺茨城づくり 1080円
まず皆さんに食べていただきたいのが麻婆豆腐です。
種類がいくつかありますが、まずはお店の名前が入っている炎神麻婆豆腐をおすすめします。
むせるほど結構辛いですが、それがまたいい！
たくさんかきこんで、たくさんむせてください。
チャーハンにかけて食べるのもおすすめです！
次も絶対食べていただきたい梅山豚麻辣蒸し餃子です。
食べた瞬間に笑顔になってしまうほど美味しいです。
そんなに辛くないので、辛いのが苦手な方にもおすすめです。
チャーハンもいろいろな種類がありますので、どれか1つ食べていただきたいです。
個人的には、チーズの入った海鮮チャーハンが1番のお気に入りです。
炎神さんは季節の旬に合わせていろいろな限定メニューを出していただけるのも特徴です。
今回食べた牡蠣の自家製オイスター醬炒めも牡蠣がたっぷり入ってめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
最後の〆として、炎神さんと言えばの担々麺をいただきました。
汁なしもありますが、そちらは激辛とのことなので、通常の担々麺をいただきました。
濃厚スープが細麺に絡み、とても美味しかったです。
炎神さんは本当に本当におすすめな中華屋さんです。
予約も比較的しやすいので、是非みなさんに行っていただきたいです。
