Dinner at Enjin, located right next to JR Mito Station. The first night of the Golden Week 4-day holiday, I didn't make a reservation, so I called just before going and was told, "We're fully booked, but we'll contact you as soon as a seat becomes available." I was on my way and waiting. 15 minutes later, I was told, "We can show you to a seat that has become available!" I headed there with excitement. As expected of a popular restaurant, the restaurant was very busy! It was very lively! I entered the restaurant around 9:30 p.m., but there wasn't much time until the last train, so it was a quick and unsettling dinner. I ordered the following four items. *Yuba salad *Enjin mapo tofu * Xiaolongbao *Yakibun Everything was delicious and of a high level, which surprised me! The spiciness and numbness of the mapo tofu in particular was authentic and delicious! Two people shared it, but I think one person could have eaten it all. Xiaolongbao was also juicy and delicious with plenty of hot meat juice! I didn't have time so I only had two this time, but I would have liked to eat more. It was so delicious that it was a very satisfying dinner! It's a shame that I couldn't take my time, so next time I'll visit when I have more time. Thank you for the meal!
