そりゃまぁ、食べログでお店のことは昔から知っていたさぁ。
でも、なかなかアタイとノヴィタさんの運命の赤い糸は絡まることもなく
時間だけが虚しく流れていったんです。
これまで何度となくお店の前にまでは行ったのだけど、全ては空振り！だったんです。
食べログによると、土曜日のランチをいただけるはずなのに、、、ねぇ。
ワタリガニの時期に行きたかったんだけど、、、今ではそれも昔のお話なんです。
でも、今回は年の初めのためしとて、、、で、訪問なんです。 やったね！ アタイ！
営業中の看板があるのを確認して、、、早る心を抑えながら、、、店内に入るのでありました。
やっぱ、初めてのお店に入るときには、、、ワクワク、ドコドキ、、、そう少年の心のアタイなんです。
先客はオヤジがひとりだけ！ サラダバーを物色中でして、店主からお好きな席を！と言われて
二人用のテーブル席に着くのでありました。
入口に貼ってあるメニューにより、本日のパスタは「特製ミートソース」「キャベツとアンチョビのペペロンチーノ」
「アサリと青ノリの和風ソース」「キノコとベーコンのトマトクリームソース」だと分かってたから、
本日アタイがチョイスしたのは、「アサリと青ノリの和風ソース」だったんです。
それに合うドリンクとして、チョイスしたのは、ウーロン茶、、、って、普通だなぁ。
今回のテーマは、正月に飲みすぎて疲れた胃を癒すことだったんです。
だから、サラダや海藻をメインにして、パスタの量は１００gにセーブして、健康的な食事なんです。
サラダバーで野菜系をメインにして、ドレッシングをたっぷりこんとかけていただくんです。
肝心のパスタはアルデンテで美味しかったです。
アサリの身が殻に比べて小さかったのが残念だったのですが、まあいいかぁ。
途中、唐辛子で味を変えてみたけど、これが大正解！ 旨いんだなぁ、これが。
２度目のサラダバーでは海藻を多めにしてみました。 健康になるためにね！
なら、お酒の量を減らせば良いんだと、、、サラダを食べて気づいたんだけど、どうなりますことやら？
夜になると、ジキル博士とハイド氏のように人格が変わっちゃうからなぁ。
今夜のアタイはどっちかな？ それを確かめるには、杯を飲みほせ！！！
だって、今日はノヴィタさんとの初めての出会いができた祝うべき記念日なんだから！
