The owner, who looked like he would look good in a Quattrobasina costume, welcomed me. There were eight tables for two people and about four seats at the counter. Since the store had just opened, there were empty seats. I sat at the counter. For pasta, I ordered the first dish on the lunch menu, blue crab in tomato sauce. I decided to keep the salad bar in moderation and ordered 170g. I wondered if I could eat it. For drinks, I ordered red wine, which I paid in advance. While I was poking the salad and sipping the wine, the pasta arrived in about 10 minutes. I ate it. The amount, how it was cooked, and the seasoning were just right.
