Xmasはメニューがいつもよりも豪華になるので食べ歩きをしています。
今年は前から気になっていたこちらのお店へ。勿論事前予約もバッチリ。
メニューは前菜、パン、スープ、魚、肉、デザート、飲み物。
先ずは食前酒としたいところですが、風邪のためビワミンジュースを。風邪をひいたときは酢とビタミンで熱を下げます。
前菜は、ホタテのソテーに赤米、トマトのソルベ、金柑の中にフォアグラ、牡蠣焼き、鴨肉、マグロのテリーヌ。
パンは3種類。柚子とカレー、ほうれん草。
オリーブオイルを付けていただきます。
パンのおかわりも出来るみたいです。
スープは下仁田ねぎ。焼いたねぎが甘くて美味しいです。
魚は伊勢海老。ソース美味。
肉は牛。柔らかいです。
デザートはピスタチオがベース。
可愛い雪だるまはアイスで出来ています。
コーヒーが運ばれてくる時に、ミニデザートが‼︎
今日はスイーツ三昧でした。
コーヒーもおかわりを淹れてくれました。
スイーツが皆んな可愛くて、記念日にこちらのお店を予約したら、サプライズのお菓子を作ってくれそうで、また来たいなと思いました。
