The location is on the main street in a straight line from the south exit of Mito Station, less than 1 km away. This restaurant is currently ranked at the top of French cuisine category in Ibaraki Prefecture's Tabelog ranking. The exterior has a nice and tasteful appearance. Restaurants is located on the second floor from the entrance, and although it is a little dated, it is a clean space. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner, and there are three options: 10,800 yen, 16,200 yen, and 21,600 yen. I asked for 10,800 yen. Starting with two seasonal cold menu items, there is a parade of plates lined with gorgeous ingredients. It was an original and enjoyable composition, sometimes even incorporating Spanish elements. Although the expression is modern at first glance, when you eat it, you can feel the warmth of a classic. The dishes are made with very easy-to-understand cooking and seasoning, so they are very easy to taste, and all of them are very delicious. The bread is also absolutely delicious. It's also wonderful that they don't deliberately insist on locally produced ingredients for local consumption, but instead use carefully selected ingredients from all over the country. It has been 30 years since the shop was opened. The management is mainly done by parents, and the female owner who serves as the main customer service is wonderful, very friendly and warm. There are many famous French cuisine Restaurants in the region that have higher Tabelog ratings, but personally, this is the best among them. The current score is 3.73, which is a relatively high rating, but it is a store that should be evaluated more. It's a great store that I'd like to visit if it's near my home, and I'd definitely visit again if I have a chance to come to Mito. Highly recommended if you go to Mito.
