お店は、涸沼湖のほとりの抜群のロケーションにあります。
客席からは涸沼湖を一望できる抜群の羨望。
店内は広く清潔感があり、テーブル席がメインです。
うなぎ以外にも天ぷら関係の定食が豊富で、親子丼やカツ丼もあったので
うなぎが苦手な方との同席も可能なのが嬉しいですね。
30分程で提供されたうな重は、白米が見えないくらい広範にうなぎが覆いかぶさった鰻の重、
涸沼産のしじみ汁、漬物のセットです。
タレの甘味のバランスは私好み。
焼かれた鰻は柔らかく、脂ののりも十分。しかし皮が若干箸で切りづらく身と皮がはがれて皮が取り残されるタイプ。
自分的にはもう少し蒸しを強めにした方が好みかな。
だが美味い事に変わりはない。
そしてお椀は
涸沼の地元産にしては小さいシジミだが大きめの椀の中にてんこ盛りでしっかり。
ダシのみでいただく澄まし汁は最高。
姪っ子はお味噌のシジミ汁が好みのようではあったが、うな重は無言でもくもくと食べていました。
姪っ子は食べ終わると表の涸沼湖ふちを歩いて満喫していた。
水戸の繁華街から近いのに、景色がとても良く軽いバケーション気分を味わえた( ´▽｀)
まったりとお食事を楽しめる良いお店見つけました。
