シジミで有名な涸沼のほとりに名の知れたウナギ屋があると聞き、
近隣出身という同僚の案内で休日に連れてってもらった。
風は強かったが晴れていて景観がイイ。JRの駅からは沼を挟んで反対側、ホントに沼の脇にある。
沼っていうとドンヨリしたイメージだけど、晴天の元では湖といって遜色ない気もするが、まあいい。
先に肝焼き、甘辛のタレがからんだキモは歯ごたえもよく、キモらしい苦みがうまく合っている。
運転する同僚には申し訳ないと思いつつ、ビールがとまらんなって感じで。
ウナギは丼でも3,000円超えってことで、丼にした。シジミの吸い物が地元っぽくて良かったね。
きれいに焼かれていて、ふわりとヤワめな感触。タレは多めにかかっていたけどアッサリした味だ。
飲み食いの後で外に出ると、来た時よりも風が気持ちいい。なんだかイイトコだったね。
