涸沼のうなぎやを初めて訪問。水戸市は市街地のど真ん中に千波湖、ちょっと車で走れば涸沼とまさに水の都。
茨城町の涸沼湖畔にあるうなぎやはこぎれいな店です。
ランチメニューからひつまぶし(3400)を注文。窓際の席から雨の涸沼を眺めて鰻を待ちます。意外にすぐに出てきました。さすが涸沼と思ったのがしじみ汁。これでもかと思うくらいのしじみが入ってます。前菜にちょっと大きめのしじみ、煮物、胡瓜の三点盛り。他に漬物も付きます。
ひつまぶしは一杯目はそのまま。鰻はそこまで厚くはないが柔らかく味付けもいい。二杯目は海苔、刻み葱、山葵で。これも美味しい。三杯四杯目はお茶漬けでひつまぶしで外したことはない。これほど安定した料理はないですね。
自分は鰻系はどこで食べても美味しく感じてしまいます。
ここも美味しかったということで。ロケーションもいいし、しじみ汁も超久々でした。
