常磐自動車水戸インターのすぐ近くにあり、遠方からわざわざ通う常連客も多い
店内に入ると歴代の水戸梅娘達の写真が迎えてくれる。太い柱をふんだんに使った店内は、木製のテーブルと椅子で温かみが感じられる空間。ここでは、地元こだわりのそば粉を使ったコシのある麺が自慢。うどんは透明感があり、モチモチッとした歯ごたえ、旨味とコクがしっかりしたつゆ。ボリュームのある大きな天ぷらが自慢の天ざるそばと天ぷらそば。一度食べたら病みつきになる納豆そば、冬季限定根菜たっぷりけんちんそばは絶品！ |
学生の時に一度親に連れて来てもらった記憶があります。
一色さんは店構えが迫力があるんですよね〜。
店内は古風な和調造りで囲炉りなどもありますね。
これがとても良い雰囲気を出していますよ✨
お座敷もありますが１人なので、長いテーブルの端に腰掛けました。
注文したのは基本のもり蕎麦。 ちなみに蕎麦湯は最初から付いてきます。
お蕎麦は季節的にしょうがありませんが香りが弱いです。 ですが盛りは良いですよ✨
多少田舎風のボギボギ感が面白いです。汁も鰹出汁がしっかりと出ていて私的に好きですね。 トータル的に美味しゅうございますが、このお蕎麦にはけんちん汁の様な温汁で頂いた方がもっと美味しく頂けるかな〜って思いました。 噛み噛み、みたいな。
次回はけんちん蕎麦ですね。 それと、このもり蕎麦のお値段500円…。
