常磐自動車水戸インターのすぐ近くにあり、遠方からわざわざ通う常連客も多い
店内に入ると歴代の水戸梅娘達の写真が迎えてくれる。太い柱をふんだんに使った店内は、木製のテーブルと椅子で温かみが感じられる空間。ここでは、地元こだわりのそば粉を使ったコシのある麺が自慢。うどんは透明感があり、モチモチッとした歯ごたえ、旨味とコクがしっかりしたつゆ。ボリュームのある大きな天ぷらが自慢の天ざるそばと天ぷらそば。一度食べたら病みつきになる納豆そば、冬季限定根菜たっぷりけんちんそばは絶品！ |
50号のバイパスと旧道に分かれる場所にある蕎麦屋さんで、外観も店内も歴史を感じ敷居は高そうですが実際にはお手軽な蕎麦屋さんです。
食べたのはざる蕎麦620円で揚げ玉を付けてもらいました。
蕎麦は太目で断面は長方形でこしがあります。つゆは出汁感はありますがそれ以上に醤油が勝っている感じで、食べる際は蕎麦はほんのちょっとつけるだけで十分でした。
蕎麦湯は美味しいのですがそばちょこにつゆが入った状態で提供されるので、つゆを蕎麦湯で飲める状態まで薄めるのは無理でした。
